Aclarando: El término Geocaching NO tiene trademark ni copyright. Lo que SI tiene copyright es el LOGO de Geocaching hecho por Groundspeak y la frase “You are the search engine” ya que fue una frase creada por Jeremy Irish, y por tanto el la registró como propiedad intelectual de el, y de Grounded, Inc.
